Measure water. Measure a standard 8oz. cup of water for each cup of Joe into percolator pot. Most percolators require at least 3-4 cups minimum.

Add CocoaJoe Brewing Cocoa. Add 2-3 level tablespoons of your favorite CocoaJoe per 8oz. cup into percolator kettle. The more grounds you add, the more full-bodied your Joe will be.

Heat water. Place Percolator on stove or plug in… whichever version you have. I have found the hotter the better for Brewing Cocoa. Unlike Coffee, you want to apply a lot of heat to the cocoa grounds to pull as much of the butter and flavor from them as possible.

Let it Perk. Percolate water over the cocoa grounds for at least 15 minutes… longer for a stronger Joe

Pour and Enjoy! Add creamer or sweetner to fit your tastes… or just enjoy straight and savor the cocoa-y goodness!
